Samples of discontinued scents are unavailable.

Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Unclaimed packages are subject to a $20 processing fee.
Damage claims are subject to review. We will request the item to be returned for inspection. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same item.
We do not issue refunds for damaged items.
